The Gene B. Glick Company believes that individuals make their best contribution to the success of an organization when they are treated fairly, paid at a competitive rate and given the tools and training they need. Because of this, we place a lot of importance on competitive compensation, employee training and development, and regular employee performance reviews.

Salary ranges have been established for all positions and are reviewed annually through our participation in national studies and surveys. Regular employees receive a yearly review of their performance and compensation. Certain key positions are also eligible to receive a bonus based on predetermined objectives. After meeting specific employment requirements, all employees are eligible to participate in the retirement plan.

At the Gene B. Glick Company, we take the performance appraisal process seriously. All managers and supervisors receive training to conduct effective, objective evaluations. Each employee's performance is reviewed annually against a set of objective criteria, and supervisors review the evaluation with each employee.

We also offer numerous in-house training courses in such subjects as property management, supervision, marketing, and subsidized housing regulations including Gene B. Glick Distance Learning computer courses on our Advanced Learning Platform (ALP) and additional property management courses through Grace Hill. Employees are encouraged to complete college credits offered by recognized universities and colleges in related courses of study.

We believe the success of our company can be continued only with the recruitment, selection, retention and promotion of the most qualified personnel. The Gene B. Glick Company does not discriminate against any job applicant or employee on the basis of sex, age, race, color, religion, disability, veteran status, or national origin. All employment-related decisions are based on legitimate job-related factors such as skill, ability, past performance and length of service with the company. We have an obligation to hire, develop and retain the best-qualified people we can, not only for our continued success, but also because it is morally and legally correct.
