Summary of Duties:

Assists senior management in the development of organizational objectives and long range plans to achieve growth and profitability through the acquisition of existing properties. Performs due diligence related to acquisitions, coordinates the initial project planning and development process with other departments to ensure project success and assists with project financing. Progressively responsible experience in the acquisitions and development of large scale, high value projects.
