CREDIT CRITERIA*
Effective: October 1, 2005
1.
For the twelve (12) months immediately prior to the date of application, only I1, R1, I2, R2, I3, R3 or their equivalent will be acceptable. Any rating below this will be unacceptable and will cause the application to be rejected.
2.
Any ratings, or amounts still owing, from longer then twelve (12) months prior to the date of application shall be disregarded.
3.
All medical, regardless of dates or amounts owing, shall be disregarded.

4. All accounts with Fitness USA (National Credit), regardless
of dates or amounts owing, shall be disregarded.
5.
Under the Williamsburg Credit Criteria, if credit has not yet been established, it will be considered the same as acceptable credit.

6.
Bankruptcies must be discharged.
