Weight and other limitations: A maximum of two pets per apartment will be allowed. In downstairs apartments and townhomes a maximum weight of 80 pounds for one per or a combined weight of 80 pounds for two pets. For upstairs apartments a maximum weight of 25 pounds of one pet of a combined weight of 25 pounds for two pets.

Pet Restrictions:

Akita, Rotweiller, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman, and
German Shepard.   Any family or mix of the restricted breeds is also
prohibited.

Stick with Glick!

Inter-Company Transfer:  If a job transfer requires you to move away from the city or state in which you currently reside, you can make the move simpler and less costly by transferring to another Gene B. Glick community.  Lease termination fees are waived and your security deposit automatically transfers from one apartment to the next with no hassles.  A refurbishment fee applies only if you are within your 1st year of residency.  If a possible job promotion and transfer could be looming in your future, make sure you “Stick with Glick”, and keep the same quality you expect in your apartment home.  Call the leasing office for more details.

 

Glick Gold Club

Priority Waiting List: The Gene B. Glick Company, Inc. offers a priority waiting list program called the Glick Gold Club that allows you to become an honorary member of the community before you actually move-in!  Meet new friends at community hosted parties, the fitness center or the pool; all free of charge before your scheduled move date.  Contact the leasing office for more details.

 

Your Peace of Mind

As a longtime leader in apartment management, The Gene B. Glick Company is very conscious of the need to provide peace of mind to the residents of our communities.  The following features and procedures are designed to enhance your comfort level: 

· Locks changed before new residents move in. One of the last changes made to each Gene B. Glick apartment home as it is prepared for new residents is to change the locks. In this way you take possession of the home knowing only you and your apartment manager have keys to enter the home
