simpler and less costly by transferring to another Gene B. Glick community. Lease
termination fees are waived and your security deposit automatically transfers from one
apartment to the next with no hassles. A refurbishment fee applies only if you are
within your 1st year of residency. If a possible job promotion and
transfer could be looming in your future, make sure you “Stick with Glick”, and
