Often times, it’s the small things we do that make a big difference. Noreen from CS LaPorte appreciates how our maintenance man, Mike, always does a little bit more than he is asked and is always pleasant. In our book, these aren’t extras; they’re just who we are at Glick.

She has always been professional, courteous, honest, friendly, and so many other adjectives I could describe her with. She always addresses me by name and makes me feel as if we are friends.
