Bruce Ginter became a team member in 2017 when Glick acquired the Lake Oaks property in Racine, Wis. He’s motivated to come to work every day to solve problems for residents, and he loves when he can fix something that’s been causing a resident a problem.

Bruce appreciates the training and benefits offered at Glick. He also really enjoys working with his team to bring joy to residents and staff. Recently, his team created a Dr. Seuss “Whoville” themed scene in their property’s lobby.

“I’ve been fortunate to have many mentors at Glick,” says Bruce. However, he credits Ralph Zumpano Sr., VP of Manufacturing at G Leblanc Co, as his greatest motivator. “He took me under his wing, and shared his knowledge of manufacturing, supervising and work ethics.”

A devoted animal lover, outside of work Bruce enjoys riding his motorcycle, golfing and volunteering at a local animal shelter in Kenosha, Wis., “the city I’d choose even if I could live anywhere.”
