Tommy has been with Glick for 26 years, starting in a part-time role and working up to a Director of Maintenance position. Over the years, Tommy’s role has changed from seeking assistance as a property team member to delivering that assistance for site teams.

Being part of an appreciative, family atmosphere has kept Tommy with the company: “No one is treated as a number, and everyone takes the time to know you on a personal level. The fact that Glick is a true believer in encouraging employee growth means a lot to me. They will give you the tools and guidance to succeed.”

When asked who at Glick has encouraged or inspired them, Tommy said, “Paul Crosby was a huge inspiration to me with his non-judgmental guidance and his desire to see others improve personally and professionally. Debbie Ernstberger’s attention to detail helped me to truly dig into any task at hand and to always look at every situation from different perspectives.”

Outside of work, Tommy has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, as well as food banks in Evansville, Indiana and Henderson, Kentucky.
