A Note From Glick on Covid-19

The health and safety of our employees and our residents and their families is our top priority. Nothing is more important. For many years, we have emphasized the notion that “Our Business is Family” and you are an important part of the Glick family. Glick leaders are meeting daily and have plans in place to protect our employees, residents, vendors, guests and the communities we serve to the best of our ability. Our communities are open to perform essential services only; we are monitoring and complying with travel restrictions and stay-at-home or shelter-in-place orders. We recommend that residents utilize resident portals for online rent payments and service requests. Maintenance teams are available for critical issues such as HVAC outages, water issues, electric or life-safety concerns. Many of our apartment communities are offering virtual leasing options to maintain everyone’s safety.

Our corporate office remains open to staff on a very limited basis for essential functions only; however, this office is closed to the public for the time being.

Thank you to all of our employees and residents during this time. We look forward to getting back to “business as usual” as soon as possible.
